Cheesus, What's Wrong With People?

Perhaps we can consider this the latest sign of the times. Meet Cheesus, the Cheeto shaped like Jesus. That's right, our Lord and Savior, who could manifest himself though a wide array of miracles and wonders, chose to come in the form of a Cheeto. I always knew he was a humble guy.

I watched an interview this morning about Cheesus. All very interesting as the couple explained how they were eating a 99 cent bag of Cheetos. The woman who found Cheesus prefers to pour a few in her hand and snack on them in that manner, just FYI. And there Cheesus was, praying as if he were in the Garden of Gethsemane.

This is disturbing, yet hysterical!

Funny how people find objects in the food they eat. Maybe they were hallucinating from eating the cheetos? Just like the Jay Leno chip... http://www.toddonair.com/2006_11_01_archive.html

I think the Jay Leno chip looks more like the member of KISS who has the black stars on his eyes.

I hope this doesn't mean anything negative about my spiritual life, but if I found Cheesus or the Virgin Mary's face on my toast I would probably just eat it.

That's possibly the nastiest way to eat cheetos. I mean who pours them into their hands? When I consume a cheeto (which is rare) I try to touch it the least amount possible. I hate cheeto fingers.

LJ, that's exactly what I thought. Cheeto fingers are bad enough, but Cheeto hands?? Is she nuts!

Very good point, LJ...And I definitely don't inspect my food for Biblical characters before eating it.

I love how the couple who find "Cheesus" said it was God's was of sending his blessings to them, and then they start toying around with the idea of putting it up for bid on eBay.
Sure that's spiritual make money off "God's blessings" to you. I am sure they will donate those profits to their church or charity =/....right.

I think they're confusing prophet with profit.
